Absolutely. As soon as the initial terms are validated and your files are received, our team is ready to launch production. Our standard timelines are generally two weeks.

Do you need to meet me, or do I need to travel to hand over my architectural plans ?

There is no need to travel. Our process is fully optimized for remote work: simply send us your plans by email or upload them to the secure, dedicated shared folder for your project.

Will my project be managed by a dedicated contact person ?

Yes, every client benefits from the support of a dedicated manager and project lead. This person oversees the project from A to Z, answers your questions, and coordinates the work of our 3D artists.

Are GOCAM 3D™ employees bilingual ?

Absolutely. Our entire team is fluent in French and English to ensure seamless communication. We also have professionals on staff capable of communicating in Spanish and Italian.

Do you require a deposit? What payment methods are accepted ?

We accept Interac e-Transfers, wire transfers, checks, and credit cards. Signing an electronic agreement followed by an initial deposit is required to launch the project. Our invoices can easily be paid online.

My project is confidential and has not been publicly announced. Do you agree to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) ?

This is standard practice for us. We regularly collaborate on large-scale unannounced projects and are fully prepared to sign a confidentiality agreement before receiving your plans.

Does GOCAM 3D™ remain open during the construction holidays and statutory holidays ?

Yes, GOCAM 3D™ remains open during the official construction holiday shutdown as well as statutory holidays to ensure operational continuity and meet your project deadlines.
